WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept any credit / debit card with Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or American Express circuit. We also accept payment via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
It is also possible to pay cash on delivery (Payment on Delivery).


IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY ON DELIVERY?
Yes, it is also possible to pay on delivery without any surcharge.


HOW MUCH CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received as quickly as possible. We mostly respond within 12 hours of receiving a message or email.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff will pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it is not always possible to process requests for change of address. If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction to your package before it leaves. We do not guarantee we will be able to do this, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything possible!


HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER PROCESSING PERIOD LAST?
Order processing times are immediate the day the order was placed. All orders are packed within 24 hours.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Our warehouse processes and ships all orders from Monday to Friday. After placing your order, your package will be shipped within 1 business day of placing your order and immediately afterwards you will receive an email with the tracking number. Our shipment takes 24-48 hours to reach the destination.


WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages which may arrive 1 ~ 2 business days away from each other.


OUT OF STOCK / ORDERED ITEMS:
In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect the items to be shipped. If there is no restocking of items within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for that item (s).


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, we ship internationally throughout Europe. You will receive your order within 24-48 hours after it is shipped. All orders are shipped within one day.


I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We apologize that your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number within one day. If you need further assistance, we are always available to help.
